Who do you want to work with?
The first thing you want to know is, who do you want to work with? We don’t take everybody. I know it sounds crazy, but it’s true. Many people are casting a fishing net that scoops up anyone to join their network marketing team. Remember, you don’t want to work with everybody and anybody. You have to be selective in deciding your business partners. For example, you don’t want negative or lazy people in your team. Instead, look for self-motivated and sharp people, whether it’s men or women. Who does your ideal team member?

A great key to leadership is to communicate. How do you have a life balance and run a team and business? You don’t have to live in your business all the time. It depends on communication and setting expectations, set boundaries. Please give them a road map and instilling confidence in your team, don’t handhold them. I have set up a system, so I don’t have to be a go-to person. That’s why you need to have a system in your business.
Create a culture that makes them stay
It will help if you have an open mind without any judgments or expectations. To create a culture that makes them stay, you have to put your ego aside. Putting pressure on your team is not gonna work. All these factors will directly affect the retention rate of your team. I want to empower them and help them an uplift. As I said earlier, I don’t handhold them, but they can come to me for anything.
Those who want to join network marketing they want something to latch on to. They have a vision, too, but as a leader, it’s your job to figure it out and to do that, you need to communicate. Hence I can decide how hard to push them.

Create a schedule
How do you find balance without knowing what you suppose to do? Create a schedule that feels good to you and doesn’t feel bad about it. We don’t stick to things all the time, and it’s ok if you killed off. It’s not always about plugging in, but it’s also about plugging out. As the freedom designer, I want to help others create freedom. You want location independent business but don’t want to be tethered to a phone or laptop. Instead of being a hustler, you need to create a balance.
